Movies and TV series: find the right title, edition and language

Looking for comedy, action, science fiction or a new TV series? Check the exact title, available episodes, audio and subtitles before choosing how to watch.

01

Choose by genre and viewing preferences

Comedy films, action movies, science fiction, drama, thrillers, animation and family films describe different viewing preferences. Tell support what you actually want to watch rather than relying on a category label. A film appearing in a genre does not establish its suitability for every family member.

  • Give a few preferred genres and the intended viewers.
  • Check the title’s age rating and description before family viewing.

02

Identify a film precisely

Different films can share a title, and remakes can have different release years. Provide the original or local title and year. For a complete film series, ask about each instalment and its edition; the presence of one film does not confirm every sequel or an extended cut.

  • List the individual films or instalments you need.
  • Specify the release year and preferred edition if relevant.

03

New releases and regional popularity

A newly released film or locally popular series may be discussed widely without being available in your current viewing options. Release schedules and availability differ by region. Ask support about the exact title and current catalogue; a popularity ranking is not an availability list.

  • State your viewing country and the title you saw mentioned.
  • Confirm actual availability before choosing a subscription.

04

TV series: check seasons and episodes

For a new drama or an established series, identify the season and episode numbers. An entry with the right series title does not prove every season is complete. Ask about missing episodes, specials and the available version rather than assuming simultaneous updates with the original release.

  • Send the season and episodes you want.
  • Distinguish a scheduled TV broadcast from on-demand viewing.

05

Audio, subtitles and household use

The title shown in a local language does not guarantee that the programme has that audio track. Ask about the spoken language and subtitles separately. Test reading size, audio selection and playback controls on your television or mobile device where those features are available.

  • Specify original audio or dubbing and subtitle language.
  • Confirm simultaneous-screen needs for different household viewers.

06

Use the trial to check your actual request

Ask whether your chosen title can be checked during the free 24-hour service trial. Use your normal player and connection. Check the beginning, dialogue and available controls. If something is missing, send the title, year or episode and device details so support can review the precise request.

  • Check the requested content, rather than an unrelated sample alone.
  • Choose a plan after clarifying content and device requirements.
